What rate should I choose?
We have 3 fixed rates, defined based on the complexity and size of the design.
Simple Design – Designs with simple details and low complexity. Normally less than 10 cm, although if they are larger and with simple strokes, this rate will still apply.
Medium Design – Small designs with many details between 8 or 12 cm, or larger with medium difficulty, usually less than 18 cm.
Complex Design – High difficulty designs with many details, normally greater than 18 cm.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on the type of embroidery design, the delivery times are:
Simple Design – The next day.
Medium Design – Usually 2 days after.
Complex Design – 3 days or even more according to its complexity.
In case of any urgency you can notify us for specific schedules and deliveries.
How do I make my purchase?
To register and make a purchase please follow the steps below:
- The registration must be done in the My account section.
- Once registered, you will receive an email so you can change your password.
- Log in to your account and go to the Shop and select the type of embroidery design required.
- On the right you will find a form to fill with the features such as: size, fabric or material, and color numbers.
- You must upload your image with the “Select files” button or you can send it by WhatsApp or by email contact@professionaldigitizing.com
- To continue with the process,
select “Add to basket”. - Please validate that the information in your request form is the desired and then select “Proceed to Checkout” or “Continue shopping”.
- Choose the payment method and enable the terms and conditions box.
- Confirm your purchase by clicking on “Place order”.
- You will be shown a screen with the number and details of the order. This information will also come in your email.

What payment methods do you have?
For your ease, we have different payment methods:
- Stripe – With Visa, Mastercard, etc. bank cards.
- Paypal – With PayPal balance or Visa, Mastercard, etc. bank cards.
- Bank transfer – Only payments for business transactions from business accounts are supported Payments from personal bank accounts will be declined
In what format should I send my image?
Any image format is suitable:
CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, jpg, png, bmp, gif, documents as pdf, or any office format.
In what format will I receive my design?
You will receive your designs in 3 files:
- An .EMB of the wilcom program, it is editable, it is the source file and we suggest saving it.
- A .PDF is the production sheet that contains preview, cuts and more features.
- A file for your embroidery machine:
- .DST for Tajima
- .PES for Brother
- .JEF for Janome,
- .XXX for Singer
- .EXP for Bernina and Melco
- .10O for Toyota
- .VP3 for Pfaff
Or, if applicable, tell us the format you specifically require.
Do modifications to the design have an extra cost?
Simple modifications are free of charge, it is part of our service. Only in cases, when the design changes radically and efforts us to digitize it again, can there be a cost.
